The firm's Corporate Department are recognised as one of the UK's leaders for M&A deals ranging �10-�100 million, with their Head of Department recommended as a "Leading Individual" (Legal 500).

Their highly successful Corporate Department are looking to welcome on board an experienced Corporate Solicitor. The successful individual can expect to advise on the following:

  • Private & Public M&A
  • VC
  • ECM
  • General Corporate Advisory
  • Banking, security and insolvency
  • Start-ups
  • Reorganisations
  • Alternative finance
  • Corporate finance (non-regulatory)

The firm's clients span sectors including tech, FinTech, financial services, professional services, natural resources, real estate, fashion, and media.

Key Requirements

  • Qualified Corporate Solicitor with between 2 - 5 years' PQE
  • Must be technically excellent on corporate M&A matters
  • Enthusiastic about business development
  • Commercially aware
