Role Overview:
In this role, you will be an integral part of the firm's private equity team, working on a wide range of transactions, including buyouts, venture investments, co-investments, fund formations, and take-private deals. The firm’s private equity practice is a strong choice for sponsors and management teams alike, with a particular focus on sectors such as real estate, infrastructure, life sciences, and technology.
You will be advising a distinguished portfolio of clients, which includes top private equity firms, venture capitalists, and sovereign wealth funds.
Ideal candidate:
The ideal candidate will be UK qualified and between 2-6PQE with experience in private equity transactions, an understanding of corporate law, and a keen interest in international deals.
