We are dedicated to connecting top legal talent with exceptional career opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Assist Senior Associates and Partners on transactions.Manage various elements of deals including investments, M&A, and JV work.Handle work across the corporate team, covering private company M&A, investments, joint ventures, board advice, partnerships, advisory, and restructuring work.Support senior fee earners on key transactional documents – SPA, investment agreements, JVA’s.Manage funding rounds, including negotiating areas such as share vesting and leaver provisions.Draft and negotiate shareholders’ agreements.Conduct corporate reorganisations and restructures.Skills and Experience:High level of technical knowledge in corporate law, especially M&A and investments.Excellent organizational skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work on own initiative.Capability to apply knowledge and experience to a broad range of transactions and clients.Person Specification:Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Enthusiastic team player.Ability to manage a varied and demanding workload.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established firm in London.
