We are working on some of the most significant and exciting infrastructure projects and are looking for additional team members to work with us on these projects and to help in the development of the Cost Assurance function. Preferred experience of NEC3/4 contractsExperience of working with corporate risk and audit functionsExperience of cost verification, internal/external audit, financial reviews on significant infrastructure and construction projectsClear and effective communication skills - both oral and writtenMethodical way of thinking and approach to workGood organisational skills and the ability to quickly adapt to changing environments.Excellent problem, negotiating, finance and numeracy management skillsSound ICT skills, with a good level of proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPointExperience in data analysis tools such as Power BIExperience of contract management and administration systemsAbility to absorb complex information and assess requirements readilyAbility to work as part of a team, and/or to lead a team, depending on levelQualifications:MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), or working towards,Accounting/Auditing experience (AAT, ACA, CIMA etc), orAbout UsAbout usA world of opportunityGleeds is a place to be part of something bigger.
