Cost Consultant (social housing)

TXM Recruit is working in partnership with an award-winning organisation on an exciting new project in Tiptree, Colchester. They are looking for a Cost Consultant with experience working in the social housing sector, assisting with a large number of cost coding and organising completed works/projects for invoicing.

The is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, 08:00AM - 04:45PM.

�16 Per hour PAYE.

Required experience

• Experience working in the social housing sector.


• Experience working with national SOR's


• Experience costing and matching completed construction work against job ID's and invoicing.
