Cost Planner - London - Residential Developer

Due to continued growth, a Prominent London Property Developer that specialise in the Residential London market are looking to appoint a Cost Planner to support all pre-development and construction activity.

Taking responsibility and ownership of projects you will oversee from Stage 0-2 of schemes supporting acquisition, development management, and construction teams to ensure strong and robust cost control and cost planning. You would ensure project budgets are accurately forecast for land feasibility subject to land bids and acquisitions; as well execute strong cost plans for Construction delivery teams responsible during the construction life-cycle of a project.

This is an excellent opportunity for a PQS trained Quantity Surveyor at Associate or equivalent level or a cost planner who has experience working within the residential or hospitality environment.
