Location: Manchester (can also be based in Liverpool office).

Position Overview:

Our client is after a Costs Draftsman to join either the Manchester or Liverpool team! If you have 2 years or more experience in costs drafting, we want to see your application!

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaising closely with Solicitors and fee earners on concluded cases.
• Executing the drafting and negotiation of legals costs concerning Housing Disrepair and Breach claims.
• Supervising junior members of the team and supporting the in-house team.
• Preparation of legal cost estimates for court hearings related to Statutory Nuisance claims under the Environmental Protection Act 1990.

Experience:

• 2 years costs drafting experience.
• Use of Costs Management software.
• Enforceent of costs and damages.
