COUNTERBALANCE FORKLIFT TRUCK OPERATOR

Cotswold Talent Solutions are currently recruiting for multiple FLT Counterbalance Drivers to work at a state-of-the-art automotive production facility in Stratton, Swindon (SN3) with NO HEAVY LIFTING involved

We have immediate starts available! Hourly rate paying up to �21.00 per hour!

These are long term roles with a genuine opportunity to go permanent after a successful trial period!

• No manual handling or heavy lifting - ALL COUNTER BALANCE WORK
• 99% on the Counterbalance Forklift Truck
• Sunday work paid at �21.00 Per Hour
• Hourly rate is not age dependent
• Monday to Friday with additional overtime optional
• Rotating shift consisting of: 06.00 - 16.00 and 16.00 - 02.00 (Rotating weekly)

Shifts available for the Counterbalance Forklift Truck Driver Role:

• 06.00 - 16.00 / 16.00 - 02.00 Monday to Thursday - Optional overtime available on Friday's!
• Optional overtime available paying between �15.00 - �21.00 per hour

Please note, a level of flexibility is needed as it will be more late shifts then day shifts initially due to the needs of the business

Duties for this Counterbalance Forklift Truck Driver role will include, but are not limited to:

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck to carry out daily duties
• Using scanners to scan and verify goods when required
• Stillage work - METAL ON METAL
• Loading and Unloading curtain sided vehicles
• Allocating stock to correct areas
• Bay picking
• Replenishing stock
• Collection of pallets
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Hygiene duties

Rates of pay and hours for a Counterbalance Forklift Truck Driver:

• �12.00 per hour
• Overtime over 40 hrs paid at �15.00
• Sundays paid at �21.00
