Their focus is offering charging solutions into medium and heavy duty fleet vehicles.They are now looking to appoint a UK Country Manager from the EV Charging sector with experience dealing with fleet, truck dealerships, logistics/warehousing, & depots for truck transportation Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesMarket Strategy and Expansion:Co-develop and implement the market strategy for UKIdentify new opportunities for growth and expansion in UKBusiness Development and Sales:Build and maintain strong partnerships with OEM distribution network, shippers, logisticians, carriers, industrial services providers and other key stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth.Lead business development efforts, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing of contracts, to expand our customer base and market share.Team Leadership and Management:Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales and operations team to execute market strategies and achieve business objectives.Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer-centricity within the team to deliver exceptional service and support to our clients.Operational Efficiency and ComplianceEnsure operational excellence in all aspects of the business, including project management, operations & maintenance.Implement best practices and compliance standards to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.Public AffairsLead engagement with public stakeholders and government agencies.Profile RequiredQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).Proven track record of success in a leadership role within the energy or truck industry, with specific experience in electric vehicles and/or commercial fleets.Strong understanding of the UK truck market, commercial fleet operations, and regulatory landscape.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.Results-driven mindset and a passion for sustainable mobility solutions.Fluency English (French would be a plus).BenefitsCompetitive salary and performance-based incentives.Flexible work conditions Comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, corporate car Opportunity for career advancement and professional development in a dynamic and rapidly growing industry.
