With a footprint in the UK, EU, and Canada (Australia up next!), we're seeking a talented Country Sales Director to be part of our dynamic team based in UK or Europe.Your mission/ What will you do?Achieving business goals and revenue targets in the region Expanding Noda presence in the marketParticipating in industry conferencesClosing big personal deals Integration of at least 5 relevant clients in specified verticals per month Reporting on regional sales resultsForecast quarterly and annual profits Encourage communication between team membersWhat are your skills and experience?3+ years of management and leadership experience (FinTech, Payments) Proven experience in sales (with case examples) Relevant wide network in the region (with proof examples) Excellent leadership and decision-making skillsAbility to multitask and work efficiently under pressureStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, with CRM systems, and project management tools (experience in Salesforce will be a plus)Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a similar field preferred will be a plusWhat do we offer?100% Remote.
