COURT OF PROTECTION SOLICITOR, 3+ YEARS PQE, LONDON, £100,000 - £120,000 (DOE) A new role has arisen for an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor to join a leading law firm in London. JOB REF:#####. Applications are sought from Court of Protection Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 3 Years PQE gained with another leading law firm. You will be responsible for a busy and varied court of protection caseload to include dealing with the routine management of deputyship and personal injury trusts and assisting senior team members with complex cases. You will have outstanding communication skills and a proven track record of working with a high level of autonomy and responsibility.
