Cover Supervisor Roles

As a cover supervisor you will guide and support classes in the absence of their regular teacher. Providing continuity for students and ensuring that they feel encouraged and continue to develop in their learning. Working in a school provides the opportunity to make a positive impact on students' personal and academic development. You'll have the chance to inspire and guide young minds, fostering a supportive environment where they can thrive. Whether you're helping students with their studies, providing emotional support, or assisting with their individual needs, your role will be crucial in their growth. The ideal candidate will:

- Have a passion for supporting students, motivating them to be excited and engage with their learning.

- Deliver targeted interventions and track progression.

- Model and promote high behaviour expectations.

- Communicate effectively and prepare students for life beyond school.
