About the role

As a Trainee Cover Supervisor, you’ll support students in Telford’s secondary schools, managing classrooms in the absence of regular teachers. This role is ideal for those looking to gain classroom experience, develop skills, and enjoy a flexible work schedule. You’ll be responsible for delivering pre-set lesson plans and ensuring students stay on task, making a positive impact on their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Cover Supervisor- Training Provided you will:



  • Strong communication skills and an interest in supporting secondary school students.
  • Reliability, adaptability, and a commitment to professional standards.
  • No prior teaching experience required – we provide full training for successful candidates.
  • Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK (ABC Teachers do not offer sponsorship)
