Randstad Education is currently recruiting Cover Supervisors in and around Liverpool. While previous classroom experience is preferred, it is not required for this role.

We aim to provide children with the best chance for academic success, and we seek an energetic and confident team member to join us.

Responsibilities:

• Distributing and collecting work, and explaining tasks to the class
• Ensuring students remain focused during lessons
• Adhering to the school's Behaviour Policy for effective classroom management
• Communicating effectively with students and colleagues

Requirements:

• Passion for Education
• Strong communication and behavior management skills
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
• Legal right to work in the UK
• CV covering the last 10 years of education/employment history, with explanations for any gaps
