About the Role:

We are currently recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join a vibrant secondary school in Rotherham. This is a full-time, permanent position starting in September. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the continuity of education during teacher absences. You'll manage the classroom environment, ensure students remain on task, and deliver pre-planned lessons across various subjects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage classrooms during teacher absences, ensuring a positive learning environment.
• Deliver pre-prepared lessons and support students with their work.
• Maintain good classroom management in line with the school's policies.
• Support students' learning and manage any behavior issues that may arise.
• Assist with other duties as required, including assisting with extracurricular activities or providing support during exams
