Salary: £95 to £120 per day

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining a positive learning environment, delivering pre-set lessons, and ensuring students stay engaged and on task. This is an excellent opportunity for those passionate about education, whether you're considering a teaching career or simply want to contribute to students' academic success.

Responsibilities of the Cover Supervisor:

• Supervise students during teacher absences and ensure they remain on task.
• Deliver pre-set lesson plans across a variety of subjects.
• Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Support students in completing their work to the best of their ability.
• Report on class progress and any issues to teaching staff.

Requirements of the Cover Supervisor:

• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Confidence in supervising and engaging with students.
• Ability to follow pre-set lesson plans and instructions.
• Flexibility and adaptability to cover various subjects.
• A passion for education and supporting students' learning progress

• Have an updated CV (covering last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
