Salary Range: £100 - £120 per day (Depending on experience)

Contract: Daily Supply, Long term

Responsibilities of the Cover Supervisor:

• Leading Classes: overseeing students across various subjects, ensuring they remain engaged and on task.
• Delivering Assigned Work: managing pre-set lesson plans, offering instructions, and providing necessary guidance.
• Maintaining Classroom Discipline: creating a safe and conducive environment for learning.
• Supporting Students: answering questions, encouraging progress, and fostering a positive learning atmosphere.

Requirements of the Cover Supervisor:

• Experience working as a Cover Supervisor in classroom setting is desired.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Confidence in supervising and engaging with students.
• Ability to follow pre-set lesson plans and instructions.
• Flexibility and adaptability to cover various subjects.
• A passion for education and supporting students' learning progress
• Have an updated CV and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
