We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join a dynamic secondary school and play a vital role in supporting students' learning.

The Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will step into classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring students remain engaged and on task. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to gain classroom experience before pursuing a career in teaching or for experienced educators seeking a flexible role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects.
• Maintain a positive and focused learning environment.
• Manage classroom behavior in line with school policies.

• Report on lesson progress and any issues to teaching staff.

About You:
We are looking for someone who is confident, adaptable, and able to build positive relationships with students. The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
