Start Date: February 2025 (after half-term)

Salary: £90 - £120 per day

GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking a Cover Supervisor to work in a secondary school in Boston, supervising classes in the absence of the teacher.

Your Role:

• Lead pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects.
• Support students in staying on task and engaged.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
• Work closely with teaching staff to ensure continuity of learning.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working with young people in a school, coaching, or mentoring setting.
• Confidence to manage a classroom and motivate students.
• A passion for education and inspiring young learners.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
