Cover Supervisor – Secondary School

Salary: £95 - £130 per day

Are you confident in leading a classroom? GSL Education Lincolnshire is recruiting a Cover Supervisor for a secondary school in Boston. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in teaching before pursuing a teaching qualification.

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher.
• Ensure a structured and engaging learning environment.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
• Provide guidance and support to students during lessons.
• Report back on student progress and classroom activities.

Requirements:

• Experience working with young people in an educational or coaching capacity.
• Strong classroom management skills and confidence in leading a group.
• A degree or Level 3 qualification is desirable but not essential.
• A professional and adaptable approach to teaching and learning.
