Cover Supervisor required in Telford
Position: Long-term, short-term, and day-to-day roles available
Pay: £85 - £100 per day (negotiable, dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise classes in the absence of the teacher.
- Ensure students remain on task and complete set work.
- Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.
- Provide support to students, answering questions where needed.
- Report any issues or concerns to school staff.
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom experience.
Requirements:
- Experience working with young people, ideally in an educational setting.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
