Job Title: Cover Supervisor

Location: New Forest and Surrounding Areas
Contract: Flexible, up to 5 days per week
Salary: £95 to £120 per day (Dependent on experience)

GSL Education is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Cover Supervisor to work across a cluster of four schools in the New Forest and surrounding areas.

Role Responsibilities:

• Supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teachers.
• Deliver pre-planned lessons and ensure students remain engaged in their learning.
• Maintain classroom discipline in line with school policies.
• Support students with their learning where required.
• Provide feedback to the teaching staff on student progress and behaviour.
