Cover Supervisor

We are looking for compassionate and experienced Cover Supervisors for the schools of Bristol who can provide timely support to the teachers, take the pre-planned lessons, engage with students, conduct assignments and contribute to student development.

Position: Cover Supervisor

Location: Bristol

Pay Rate: £10-120 per day

Job Type: Flexible

Requirements:

• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Enhanced Child DBS on the update service.
• Relevant experience in the UK schools.
• Ability to provide 2 professional references
• Strong communication, behaviour and management skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise classrooms in the absence of teachers to ensure students are focused on their learning goals.
• Execute planned lessons and maintain classroom order following school policies.
• Assist students in completing their assignments by offering guidance and support.
• Coordinate with teaching staff to uphold educational standards and consistency in teaching methods during temporary coverage.
• Attend school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities as mandated.
