You will supervise students in the classroom when a teacher is absent, creating a positive learning environment and ensuring students stay engaged and on task.
You will build rapport with students quickly, fostering a respectful and productive atmosphere.
You will provide support and guidance to students when needed, ensuring they understand the work and can complete it effectively.
You will be part of a supportive team, contributing to the wider school community and potentially taking on additional responsibilities such as form tutoring and administrative tasks.
