justteachers is seeking a Cover Supervisor to join a well-established secondary school in Chorley on a long-term placement starting in September 2025 .
About the Role: As a Cover Supervisor , you will be responsible for:
Delivering pre-set lessons in the absence of teachers
Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment
Supporting students with their learning and engagement
Following school policies and liaising with staff
What Were Looking For: Experience working with young people (education, coaching, mentoring, or youth work)
Strong classroom management and communication skills
A passion for education and inspiring students
Flexibility to cover different subjects as needed
A commitment to safeguarding and student welfare
