We are looking for reliable Cover Supervisors to supervise students in the absence of their regular teacher in various schools throughout Blackpool.

The Role:

As a Cover Supervisor in Blackpool, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive and productive learning environment for students aged11-16 years in the classroom. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in education, graduates, or those seeking flexible work in Blackpool schools on a temporary, part-time, or full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising students undertaking pre-set learning activities in Blackpool secondary and primary schools.
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively and in line with school policies.
• Ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment for all students in Blackpool.
• Responding to student questions and providing guidance as needed.
• Reporting any issues or concerns to the relevant teaching staff in Blackpool.
• Supervising students during lessons, break times, and lunchtimes (as required).
