Your Role:

As a Cover Teacher, you will play a critical role in ensuring continuity in students' education during teacher absences. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects.
• Engaging students and fostering a positive learning environment.
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
• Providing feedback to staff on lesson outcomes and student progress.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to cover various subjects and age groups.
• A genuine enthusiasm for education and student achievement.
• Previous teaching experience or QTS is preferred but not essential.
