Your Role:

As a Cover Teacher, you will ensure continuity in students' learning by delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering engaging lessons in the absence of the regular teacher
• Creating a positive and structured learning environment
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
• Providing constructive feedback on lesson outcomes and student progress

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Adaptability to teach across various subjects and age groups
• A passion for education and supporting student achievement
• Previous teaching experience or QTS is preferred but not essential
