Cover Teacher

Justteachers is seeking a full-time Cover Teacher to join a highly regarded secondary school in the Heckmondwike area. This role is on a long-term supply basis and is due to start after Easter.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
Delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects, ensuring students remain engaged and on task
Providing classroom management and support to maintain a positive learning environment
Adapting teaching approaches to meet the needs of different classes and year groups
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
QTS or equivalent
Experience teaching or covering lessons in a secondary school setting
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Two education or school-based references
