Job Advert: Cover Supervisors - South Birmingham Area (January Start)

Are you an experienced Cover Supervisor looking for a rewarding role in secondary schools across South Birmingham? We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Cover Supervisors to join schools in the area. Positions are available on both a full-time and part-time basis, starting in January.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise classes across various subjects in the absence of the regular teacher
• Ensure students remain on task, manage classroom behavior, and support learning
• Follow lesson plans provided by the absent teacher
• Promote a positive learning environment and encourage student engagement

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a secondary school setting
• Strong classroom management skills
• A passion for supporting students in their learning journey
• Willingness to obtain a DBS check if you don't already have one
