Your Role as a Band 6 CPN
In this key role, you'll be at the forefront of delivering high-quality, person-centered care to individuals with mental health needs in the community. Your responsibilities will include:

• Holistic Care Planning: Develop and implement personalized care plans that promote recovery and independence.

Who Are We Looking For?

• A Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC PIN.
• Significant post-qualification experience in mental health services.
• Someone with strong communication, assessment, and care planning skills.
