The Role:

As a Service Manager, you'll manage the service and maintenance operations, focusing on equipment uptime and enhancing client satisfaction.

This role may require you to travel to client’s sites.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line technical support (mechanical / electrical) to clients and team members.
• Oversee the maintenance of all equipment to ensure minimal downtime.
• Lead and manage the service team, both field and yard based.
• Handle budget management within the service department.
• Collaborate with internal departments, external contractors, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and reporting.

Requirements:

• Previously worked as a Service Manager in the.
• Experience in construction plant or a similar field.
• Background in project management and people management.
• Possess recognised engineering qualification.
• Strong technical skills in both mechanical and electrical areas.
• Valid UK driving license.
