Our client is a well-established and highly regarded printing company based in Staffordshire and are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Creative Artworker to join their team. This organization is known for its commitment to quality, innovation, and delivering outstanding results for its diverse client base.


The Role

  • Create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media, including digital platforms, print materials, and social media.
  • Collaborate with clients to meet their requirements
  • Utilise Adobe - Acrobat, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Stock and other design tools to produce high-quality visual content.
  • Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs.
  • Amend and update previous designs and artwork.
  • Maintain an organised library of design.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design, digital media, and technology.

The Person

  • Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing printed and digital design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign, Acrobat, Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Familiarity with web technologies such as JavaScript is advantageous but not essential.
  • Understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills are essential for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Minimum 3 years of Graphic Design experience, with a sound knowledge of Print.

Salary and Benefits

A salary of up to £30,000 is available for this role and is dependent on experience. Plus 20 days bank holidays, Christmas shutdown, ongoing development and support, genuine progression opportunities and more!
