The Royal Docks is undergoing an exciting transformation. Once Londons gateway to the world, today the area is re-emerging as a major new residential, business and visitor destination. Centre stage in the areas regeneration is a bold ambition to be Londons cultural engine, a world-class creative production centre that is internationally renowned for its distinctive and authentic cultural programme, making the Royal Docks an irresistible place to live, work and visit.
Five years into the programme, the cultural eco-system in the Royal Docks is growing, and the work of the Cultural Placemaking Team is adapting in response to this. We are therefore recruiting two Creative Producers, to commence work in the Autumn, one part time and one full time. They will support the implementation of the Royal Docks Cultural Placemaking Strategy including the delivery of an ambitious cultural programme
The Royal Docks Team is a joint initiative from the Mayor of London and Mayor of Newham.
