Who We Are:Feazer (www.feazer.com) is an on-demand design services studio for businesses.We support marketing/digital/communication Teams and agencies to create all of their graphics: digital, print, branding, presentation, illustration, web design, and motion design.We are currently experiencing strong growth and are expanding our solution to the UK. As a result, we seek to hire a Creative Project Manager to be responsible for the UK market.The selected candidate will actively take part in shaping our business and growing with us, leading a team and handling projects for our UK clients.Your MissionYou will have two key missions:Manage a client portfolio:Analyse and verify the completeness and relevance of client briefsIdentify project risks and prepare/implement mitigation plansManage the client relationshipGuide a team of designers:Provide guidance to the designers to ensure the relevant art directionCarry out the quality control of the designers outputsCoordinate projectsEnsure that the designers grow their skills setRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in graphic design, communication/marketing from a reputable school/universityMinimum 5 years of experience as Creative Project ManagerProficiency in the Adobe Suite (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and FigmaSkills:AnalyticalDetails orientedConsistentStructuredSolid design knowledge (graphic design, presentation design, motion design, …)Ability to lead and guide a team of designersClient relationshipPosition available as soon as possible.Permanent contract (contractor contract)BenefitsOpportunity to develop further your design and management skillsFull remoteOpportunity to grow a Team of designersBe part of the Team that kicks off the UK marketWe look forward to receiving your application.Regards,Feazer
