We are currently recruiting for a Credit Control Administrator to join our expanding credit function!

Key Responsibilities
Cash posting and allocation, to include calling for remittances and providing payment update to the sales support team- Trade and Parkside
Triage of the credit control inboxes ensuring requests are categorised correctly for easy pick up - Tradepay and Parkside
Providing copy documentation ie invoices, credits, statements to customers
Tradepay application process- Ensure approved accounts are actioned. All accounts are set to monitored and a credit report is downloaded and filed accordingly (whilst the bugs are being worked through)
Prepare documentation for LBA process
Small balance chasing via email - Trade and Parkside
Direct debit monitoring and set up
Reporting - ie no. of new customer applications, duplication report, new customer logging (Parkside)
General ad-hoc duties as assigned by the team - Filing, scanning, etc

Experience Required
At least a years' experience in a Credit admin role
Superb communication skills both written and verbal.
Good Excel and Word knowledge.
Good time management, planning & organisational skills.
