Credit Controller Administrator, Sturminster Newton, £13.85 per hour, Temporary - Permanent
We are pleased to be advertising for a Credit Controller Administrator in Sturminster Newton area for one of our clients. This opportunity is initially on a temporary basis with the opportunity to go permenant.

Experience required as a Credit Controller Administrator:
- Excellent customer service ability.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Excel experience required.
Job Duties required as a Credit Controller Administrator:
- Monitor debtor balances and manage the collection of overdue accounts.
- Answering incoming accounts calls distributing them as appropriate.
- Check customer dispatch notes (POD’s) for refused deliveries/returns and generate internal notes to assist the intake team in the restocking process.
- Administrate customer complaints, communicating with buyers and other relevant parties as needed. Ensure claim data is gathered and stored in accordance with internal process and credit notes are released once satisfied.
