The ideal candidate would be relatively new to credit control with only a year or two of experience at most within this field.
Ideally, you would be eager to learn more and therefore grow with this expanding, successful company. Basic duties would involve:
- Invoice chasing and collections via phone, email, and letter
- Monthly aged debt reporting
- Processing received payments via cheque, BACS, CHAPS, or credit cards
- Raising and processing sales invoices, liaising with field staff
- Credit checking and customer setup�
- Raising and sending monthly statements to customers
