Description
- Monitor customer accounts for delayed payments and other irregularities.
- Dealing with a large ledger of medium sized business and maintaining strong relationships.
- Conduct credit checks on all customers, establish and manage credit limit.
- Manage and resolve customer queries.
- Check and post receipts to accounting systems.
- Prepare bank deposits and bank reconciliations.
- Regularly review the company's debt recovery procedures.
- Develop strategies for dealing with payment issues.
- Ensure that all transactions are compliant with legal requirements.
