Description

  • Monitor customer accounts for delayed payments and other irregularities.
  • Dealing with a large ledger of medium sized business and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Conduct credit checks on all customers, establish and manage credit limit.
  • Manage and resolve customer queries.
  • Check and post receipts to accounting systems.
  • Prepare bank deposits and bank reconciliations.
  • Regularly review the company's debt recovery procedures.
  • Develop strategies for dealing with payment issues.
  • Ensure that all transactions are compliant with legal requirements.

Profile

A successful 'Credit Control' Team Member should have:

  • A strong background in a credit control role
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to bring strong, effective relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
