I am currently recruiting for a growing manufacturing company based in Chesterfield. This business has just won an abundance of new clients so are seeking an experienced Credit Controller with experience in query management.
The Client base adheres to payment terms, the role itself is to maintain strong relationships with the clients' accounts departments and resolve any potential queries to ensure prompt payment of invoices.
You will be based in a forward thinking team with great management supporting you on this new venture. The role is initially temp to perm with a view to start towards the end of July, start of August.
General job duties:
* Process Sales Invoices and upload onto the ledger
* Resolve queries on the phone and via email
* Liaise with internal teams and the finance manager
* Ad hoc administration duties
* Set up new customers
Skills and experience:
* 1 year working in a similar role
* Ability to communicate effectively with people from outside of the business and other departments
* A keen eye for detail and numbers driven
* High level of organisation
* Be able to prioritise work
