Credit Controller

Due to increased volume of work, a long-standing client of Edwards & Pearce is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to assist their team. You will be focusing on the more aged and complex debts so applicants must be time served from a busy credit control environment and possess tenacity, assertiveness and strong communication skills. This temporary role is 100% remote and there is also some flexibility to the hours.
THE ROLE

Temporary position, full time hours, fully remote work pattern.

Investigate and retrieve aged and the more complex debts.

Build and maintain relationships with clients throughout the credit procedure

Resolve all issues and queries associated with client accounts.

Accurately complete administration and debtor reports related to credit control
THE CANDIDATE

Applicants must have a proven history working within credit control.

Confidence to forge / develop business relationships in order to retrieve debt

Be able to thoroughly investigate and reduce aged and complex debts.

Identify account irregularities and provide solutions.

Be highly accurate, tenacious, assertive and possess strong negotiating skills
