Credit Controller

Credit Controller - based in Trentham

We are looking to recruit a credit controller for a busy client based in Trentham stoke. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives working in a fast paced office. You will be reporting to the financial controller and dealing with a multitude of tasks. Ideally you would be would be AAT trained or looking to go for training in the near future.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in dealing with invoice and account queries.


• Take a proactive role in managing and collecting payment from customers.


• Checking the credit history/Scores


• Maintain credit limits by liaising with customer, external sales team and reviewing payment performance.


• Ensure all customer terms are set correctly.


• Debt collection process involving statements, calls and letters.


• Build and maintain relationships with all customers by providing an efficient service.


• Processing invoices and statements

Essential Skills

• Eye for detail, who can process data accurately and efficiently.


• Positive attitude and professional work ethic.


• Strong team player.


• AAT or CIMA or ACCA trained

Days - Hours

• Monday to Friday


• Office hours

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: �23,000.00-�25,000.00 per year
