Credit Controller required for an exciting project opportunity based in Solihull. SF are working with a retail business to secure a Credit Controller on a hybrid basis for an interesting project role working to take pressure from Team Leaders, whilst managing a portfolio of clients ensuring accurate data management. The successful Credit Controller will have query management skills, good attention to detail & strong system acumen.
You will be responsible for:
- Manage and maintain customer accounts to ensure timely payments.
- Resolve any discrepancies and disputes efficiently.
- Prepare and send out regular statements and reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve cash flow.
- Ensuring accurate recording of data on internal systems
- Cash Allocations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in credit control or accounts receivable.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Strong system acumen, experience with Navision preferred.
