- Establishing payment terms and conditions in line with company policies.
- Monitoring customer accounts to ensure timely payments and following up on overdue invoices.
- Contacting customers via phone, email, or letters to remind them of outstanding debts.
- Arranging alternative payment plans for customers struggling to pay within agreed terms.
- Identifying potential bad debts early and taking necessary action to mitigate financial risks.
- Working with sales and finance departments to ensure a smooth credit process.
- Resolving billing issues and payment disputes in a professional manner.
- Preparing reports on outstanding debts, credit risks, and cash flow forecasts.
- May be working towards their accountancy degree
Profile
The successful candidate will have experience in the above and be on short notice.
