Credit Hire Claims Handler
Full time / Permanent
Monday-Friday 35 hours p/w�(hybrid working after training)
Up to �30,000 DOE + bonus
- MPJ Recruitment are proud to be working with one of Manchester's�leading insurance firm based, we are looking for experienced credit hire claims handlers with 12+ months experience working in a similar role. Our client offer excellent progression opportunities with plenty of the senior team coming from this level.
Credit Hire Claims Handler duties:
- To demonstrate a high level of technical quality and service delivery
- To provide exceptional customer service at all times
- To participate positively and constructively as a team member, sharing knowledge and providing feedback and suggestions
- Proactively record, process, and settle claims in accordance with our principles and procedures, and to maintain files within our service standards
- Ensure that all files are reserved accurately and promptly within our reserving philosophy and taking responsibility to ensure the reserves fully reflect the level of damages on each file
- Ensure liability is agreed within existing case law and accident circumstances
- Process payments as required in accordance with your authorities
- Identify and champion potential fraudulent claims and action as per guidelines
- Effectively negotiate with customers, suppliers, and all relevant third-party representatives
