Credit Risk Manager - Impairment (12 month FTC)
London, 1 day a week in Milton Keynes
Up to £70k plus excellent benefits
This role is with a major banking group in the UK who offer a wide range of financial products and services to both individuals and businesses including Current Accounts, Savings, Mortgages, Loans, Credit Cards and Business Banking.
You will sit within the Provisions and Forecasting team, responsible for the management of Impairment stock and Stress Testing Regulatory submissions for a key portfolio.
You will be responsible for:
Monthly Impairment reporting
Review and challenge of the existing suite of IFRS9 models
Development and maintenance of analytical dashboards and MI
Management of 1 direct report.
What is required from you:
Experience of IFRS9 and undertaking Stress Testing and Forecasting exercises within the bank
Day to day SAS experience to carry out in-depth analysis
Strong communication skills, being able to communicate results to both internal and external customers
Always seeking to reduce or remove risk when weaknesses are identified.
