Job Description
Sacco Mann are working with an award-winning firm based across the East Midlands who are looking to recruit a Criminal Duty Solicitor into their highly regarded Criminal Law team. This role can be based across either of the firms Mansfield or Nottingham offices, where you will be working with clients based across Nottinghamshire.
\n\nThe Role
\nYou will be running your own varied criminal caseload while conducting your own advocacy in all appropriate cases.
\n\nKey Responsibilities

- Managing your own caseload of criminal cases from low level theft to high level and complex cases \n
- Develop and maintain regional networks \n
- Representation at Police Stations \n
\n
About You
\n- \n
- \nDuty qualified Solicitor with previous experience within Criminal work including attending police stations and Magistrates Courts \n
- Previous advocacy experience \n
- \nExperience of representing clients at police stations and Magistrate's Courts \n
- A Duty Solicitor accreditation would be desirable to the firm but will also consider those working towards this \n
