Job Title: Mental Health Recovery Worker 37.5 Hours a week

Location: Boston, Lincolnshire

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Working Hours:37.5 hours a week with a sleep enhacement�

�23400 plus �62.64 per sleep in shift

Role Summary:

P4 Recruitment are working with an exceptional organisation that work to support individuals experiencing a mental illness, its offers a place of safety a home for people short term stay up to 7 days�

Ideal Candidate :

- understand professional boundaries with support clients with mental health needs
- Experience of working in a similar enviroment /setting

- understand the safeguarding

- Support People that are in crisis

- supporting vulnerable adults in a non judgemental way

- person centred approach

- flexible working

- passionate and dedicate to taking on learning and training

- Good technical ability with computers and report writing / Care planning
