Location: High End Commercial Site
Terms: Permanent contract, Continental Shift Pattern, Days & Nights.
Salary/rate: Salary is paying �54,000 Per annum depending on qualifications and experience.
Requirements: Electrical/Mechanical Qualifications needed consist of the below -
* NVQ Electrical/Mechanical Level 3
* City & Guilds level 3 Mechanical/Electrical
* 18th Edition
* JIB Gold Card - Desired
* AM1 OR AM2
* HVAP
* LV/AP
* AP Pressure Systems

About the role:
We are looking to take on board a strong Shift Leader to be based on a High-End site in Chiswick (West London). We are looking for a reliable and hard-working Engineer to carry out duties to the highest standard.
Responsibilities: * You will be part of a large team on a High-End Commercial site in the West London.
* You will be responsible for all the engineer's output on the following PPM tasks: Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, UPS generators, Boilers & Chillers, Lighting, PAT testing, FCUs, AHUs.
* Critical or Data Centre experience is essential.
* Must have experience on UPS generators.
* Monitoring a BMS system.
* Single persons shift on nights
* Two person shift on days
* Ideally live within an hour from site.
Candidate requirements:
* The ideal candidate is client facing (job activities that involve direct interaction or contact with a client or customer)
* The ideal candidate has bundles of experience working as a mechanical/electrical shift engineer and within the facilities maintenance industry.
* Strong building services background
* At least three years' experience in FM industry
* HV/AP
