What you'll be doing:
The CRM, email and automation executive is responsible for supporting with the co-ordination and delivery of all data and email communication activity within the commercial division.
You will understand the importance of clean, quality data, being confident processing and building customer lists for email and automation activity. You will be responsible for building emails and deploying them and supporting the team with performance metrics on a regular basis.
* CRM: Support with the delivery of our CRM strategy to facilitate commercial activity related to sales activity and enhancing our customer lifetime value, engagement and loyalty.
* Data management: Support with data cleansing and list building to ensure the emails are delivered to the right audiences. Responsible for segmentation requests to ensure we maintain a high standard and adhere to regulations.
* Email: Plan, build and execute email campaigns, ensuring activity is optimised for delivery and impact. This may also include push and in-app notifications.
* Automation: Work collaboratively with marketing teams to build and analyse our automation workflows and processes to support lead generation and nurturing activity
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in building and managing email campaigns in a previous role
* Knowledge of CRM and data management
* Excellent command of written and spoken English
* Ability to work in an agile project environment
* A passion for brand and house style to provide a consistent online experience
